How to Sew Gathered Skirt For 18" and 14" Dolls

Hello my crafty friend! Welcome back to happybankky/craftymom. I can not belived it's July already! Summer's here and our family are going to camping tomorrow! For 5 night 6 day at Long point state park on lake Ontario The kids are so excited. It's been awhile sine we do something fun so, wish me luck!
