- Cardboard (for inner sole)

- Velcro strips

- Sewing thread

- Scissors

- Sewing machine

- needle for hand sewing

- Pins

- Embellishment( lace, ribbon, button, beads)

- Fray check

Instructions

1. Prepare the Pattern

2. Cut the Fabric

Cut two toe pieces, two top pieces, and four sole pieces from felt, Cut two inner soles from cardboard.

Decide which option you want for your little boot 

***Boot Option A: Leave the top edge unfolded for a longer boot.

***Boot Option B: Fold down the top edge about 1 inch and stitch it in place.

3. Sew in Lace or Ribbon

Sew lace or ribbon along the top edge of the top piece for a decorative touch. You can adjust the length and style of the lace or ribbon to match your design.

4. Attach Velcro Closure

Sew Velcro strips to the top piece, ensuring they align properly.

5. Sew the Upper Boot

Clip the curved

Pin and align the center of the toe piece with the curved of the top piece.

Sew the toe piece to the top piece using a ¼ inch seam allowance.

 Trim seam allowance on the front.

On the front edgestitch along the seam.

Repeat for the second boot.

6. Assemble the boot

Matching the markings and Pin upper boot to the sole.

Stitch the boot to the sole using a ¼ inch seam allowance.

7. Insert the Inner Sole (Optional)

Place the cardboard inner sole into the bottom of the assembled upper boot for structure.

8. Attach the Outer Sole

Position the felt sole piece over the bottom of the boot, covering the inner sole.
