There’s something so special about handmade toys, especially the ones that carry memories with them 💛

This little felt fried egg project started as a simple idea—reusing leftover Easter egg shells—but it quickly turned into something much more meaningful. As I was sewing each piece, it brought back so many sweet memories of when my kids were little.

They used to love playing kitchen and restaurant. I was always their favorite customer 🥹 And those simple, playful moments… I will cherish forever.

Even though my kids are growing up now, that doesn’t mean I have to stop creating. I think I’ll pass these little felt foods on to a friend’s toddler, so the joy can continue 💕

And of course… I’ll be sharing many more felt food patterns with you!
