Start with Crochet hook size 2.5mm, Foundation Ch 43
Row 1 : ch 2 (doesn't counts as st) sc in every chains, Turn (43 sc)

Row 5 : (ch 3Crochet counts as 1 dc) dc next 8 sts ,skip 12 sts, dc next 13 sts, skip 12 sts, dc next 8 sts. Turn (29 dc)
Row 6-8 : (ch 3 counts as 1 dc) dc in every sts, Turn (29 dc)
Row 9 : (ch 4 counts as 1 tr) 3 tr in every sts, Turn (87 tr)
Row 10 : (ch 4 counts as 1 tr) 1 tr in every sts, Turn (87 tr)
Continue crochet and working on the left opening
ch 1, sc 23 sts along the edged.
Turn, ch 1 and slst along the neckline.
Continue crochet, Making Button holes on the right opening
ch 3, sk 1 dc space, sc 3 sts, ch 3, sk 1 dc space, sc 3 sts, ch 3, sc untill the end.
Optional
Continue crochet edging Picot stitch, Woking on the bottom
[ch 3, slst to the 1st ch, slst 2 sts] Rep []
Fasten off weave in ends. Sew in the buttons and use fabric glue to
secure the knots.
Optional
Use running stitch hold the ruffle in place.
Decorated stitch/ Crochet hook size H 2.5 mm
Use contrast color slip stitch To create the decorative line.
Crochet small 4 petals flower/Crochet hook size 2.5 mm
Magic ring ch 2, 1 dc, ch2, slst in the ring Repeat 3 more times make 4 petals. Pull the ring close, ties a knot then use Fray check or fabric glue to secure the knot.
Use french knot embroidery stitch to attach flower to the Top.
Optional Crochet buttons / Crochet hook size 2.0 mm
Make Magic ring, ch1, 8 sc in the ring, Pull the tail to close the ring and Join with sl st to the 1st sc, sl st all around. Fasten off weave in end and leave a tail long enough to sew the button on the top
Sewn in the buttons and Removed the yarn from the ruffle.
