Crochet Flower pen topper

Materials:

- Crochet hook G 4.0 mm

- 3 Colors Medium weight yarn

- Tapestry needle

- Scissors

Abbreviations:

ch - Chain

sc - single crochet

hdc - half double crochet

dc - double crochet

sl st - slip stitch

st(s) - stitch(es)

Rep - repeat

Flower Part

Round 1 : (Yarn A) Make a magic ring, ch 1, 8 sc in the ring, close the magic ring, slst to the 1st sc. [8 sc]

Round 2 : Ch2, hdc in every sts, slst on top of ch2, Fasten off (Ch2 count as 1 hdc) [8 hdc]

Round 3 : (Yarn B) Join the yarn in any st, In the same st

[ch3 + 1 dc + ch 3 + slst, slst in next st ] Rep [] (8 petals) Fasten off

Stem Part

Row 1 : Foundation ch 11, Sc in 2nd ch from the hook and in each ch across. [10 sc]

Row 2-4 : Turn, ch 1; sc in each sc across. [10 sc]

(The stem part about 2.5”x 1” or 6 x 2.5 cm)

Don't cut the yarn and continue crocheting the leaf Part

Leaf Part

Ch 9, slst in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in next ch, hdc in next ch, dc in next 2 ch, hdc in next ch, sc in next ch, slst in the last ch, ch 1,

working across the opposite side of the foundation ch.

slst in the next ch, sc in next ch, hdc in next ch, dc in next 2 ch, hdc in next ch, sc in next ch, slst in the last ch, ch 1, slst along the middle of the leaf, fasten off.

Stitch the long sides of the stem part together, Weave in the ends
