Let’s make an adorable felt witch hat for dolls! 🧙‍♀️🎃

This easy Halloween sewing project includes a FREE printable pattern for three doll sizes:

  • 18" Doll

  • 14" Doll

  • 6" Doll

These little hats are quick to sew and perfect for using up small pieces of leftover felt. You can leave the hat tall and pointed or add a running stitch to create a cute, scrunched witch-hat shape.

Because felt doesn’t fray, there is no need to finish the raw edges—making this a fun and beginner-friendly doll sewing project!

Decorate Your Witch Hat

Leave your felt witch hat simple or add your favorite decorations.

Try adding:

  • Embroidered vines or leaves

  • Ribbon or trim

  • Mini felt flowers

  • Beads or sequins

  • Tiny Halloween decorations

Finished!

Your doll’s felt witch hat is complete! 🧙‍♀️✨

Make one for your 18", 14", or 6" doll—or make all three sizes for a matching little witch-hat collection!

This is also a wonderful scrap-felt project because even the tiny 6" doll hat requires only a small amount of felt.

If you make one, I would love to see your creation!

Happy Halloween and happy sewing! 🧵✂️🎃
